David GibbonsPastor Gibbons is a social entrepreneur and the lead/founding pastor of NewSong Church. NewSong started in Dave's Irvine apartment in 1994. Dave has a passion to come alongside the poorest of the poor throughout the world. Dave currently serves on the boards of World Vision, the SHAW (a Los Angeles Community Development Corporation) and El Puente (a Santa Ana Community Development Corporation).
Ken FongKen Fong is the Senior pastor of Evergreen Baptist Church in Los Angeles. He is a 3rd generation Chinese American originally from Sacramento, CA. He came south to go to Fuller Seminary in 1978, and became pastoral intern that same year. Ken Fong is a contributing editor to Leadership Journal, and is also the author of Secure in God's Embrace and Pursuing the Pearl.
Peter ChaPeter Cha is associate professor of pastoral theology at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. He received his graduate training in theology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (M.Div. And Th.M.) and received his doctorate in religion in society and personality from Northwestern University. He previously served as a campus staff member with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, and as a youth pastor, church planter and senior pastor. He has co-authored Following Jesus Without Dishonoring Your Parents and Growing Healthy Asian American Churches. Other publications include articles in Korean Americans and Their Religions, in Telling the Truth: Evangelizing Postmoderns and in This Side of Heaven: Race, Ethnicity and Christian Faith, as well as articles in several scholarly and denominational journals.
